Very satisfied with my experience at Brock Ford Sales!  I purchased a used truck, working with Gavin Parravicino in sales. Gavin was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of the many questions I had. The entire process was very efficient and stress free, and Gavin will go the extra mile to ensure you are a happy customer. 

All of the staff I interacted with were excellent. By far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Highly Recommended !

I chose to purchase from Brock Ford as a longtime family friend is Chris, the service manager. He put me in touch with Gavin in the sales department and I could not have been happier with the service I received. It was an unusual situation as I purchased the car before seeing it in person, however, Gavin was always a quick phone call/ text away. He went through all the features of my Explorer via Facetime and was even available after his normal work hours. Financing was a breeze with Todd. They were able to have the Car ready for me extremely quickly.  Gavin has been in touch a few times since I picked up the car to make sure I am still happy with the vehicle. The whole staff at Brock Ford was incredible. I recommend using them even if you are not from the area.

I just leased a fantastic 2018 F-150 from Brock Ford. As an owner of 2 businesses the most important part for me was making the process simple and easy. I talked over the phone with Salesman Jason LeBlanc on Thursday and by Saturday I had my new truck. Everyone involved was super friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely recommend people to Jason and Brock Ford!
