Service department is only good when you are a priority or if they are correcting mistakes I brought my vehicle in due to a loud chirping noise and a concern with traction control, and it left their garage with the Traction control and StabiliTrak modules failing on the highway, resulting in these safety features not working on the highway during a snowstorm. They completely forgot to address this issue. How safe! Not to mention, the 3rd cylinder misfired after it left their shop (and I mean 2km down the road, I’ve NEVER had any engine issues beforehand other than a failing valve cover, an unrelated issue). Not only did they forget to address the safety of the vehicle it seems, but they appeared to have damaged the coil pack because it had to be replaced the next day. I was promptly offered a rental vehicle however.

Don't Bother, spend your money where they might appreciate it. I had an appointment, that I made online. I showed up and there was no record of my appointment. Apparently I made it after 4:00 pm the day before and it did not "take" (shame on me, I was supposed to know that). I have had my car serviced at this dealership three times with a tire repair and there have been issues every time. They have forgotten to re-learn my tire positions for the tire pressure warning system, forgotten to do a repair and the tire repair did not take, (I went to a tire shop and had it fixed properly even after paying these guys to fix it-they told me at the time that there were no guarantees on tire repairs). Today was the last time that I will be dealing with these people. Don't bother calling them on their 45 minute guarantee, they have no intention of honouring it. I was waiting for 85 minutes and when I asked about the guarantee, I was told that it did not apply because I did not have an appointment. Unfortunately these guys are the only GM dealer in Niagara Falls so I will be driving out of town from now on.

first time purchasing a vehicle as i just graduated school had no vehicle knowledge prior to completing the sale of my 2017 GMC Sierra After dealing with Vince Sasso i now feel as if i am a GM employee. Vince demonstrated all the vehicles features to me after explaining the ins & outs of the truck. He really did his homework on this deal as he knew all the benchmarks of the vehicle. The deal was smooth and Vince had me approved for the vehicle in less than 5 business days ( i could believe it ) Vince also introduced me to the service Dept where I will for sure be bringing my truck in for maintenance. I was really disappointed, I was there for my car key, One guy told me that I need to pay about 200 dollars to get a new key cause they need to update the key system so I did not buy it right away cause I thought it was to much. However, after few months, I went back to buy a key (it was without any appointment), another different guy helped me and it was not even 60 dollars. It seems that Different people give different prices depending on what they feel like charging.

I LIVE OUT OF TOWN AND HAD TO TRAVEL APPROX 30 MINUTES TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I MADE MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE AND WHEN I SHOWED UP TO THE SERVICE DEPT. THEY WERE AWAITING MY ARRIVAL. A TECH WAS READY TO LOOK AT MY VEHICLE AND THE DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS BEGAN ASAP. MY CAR WAS NOT GOING TO BE READY FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEY EVEN OFFERED ME A LOANER VEHICLE!!! A FEW DAYS LATER I WAS CALLED IN TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE THANKS FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE HERE EASY
