Great dealership and fabulous sales staff especially Katie and Morgan. Even though we arrived close to closing time, Katie still took the time to see what we were looking for. She even ran after our car before we could leave the lot when she realized someone had just traded in the vehicle we wanted in our price range. We are forever grateful she did that! We returned the next day and were treated in a friendly manner by both Katie and Morgan to sign the paperwork! On pick up day, Katie took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle. This was our daughter's first car purchase and her dream car. We were treated like royalty. We left with 2 surprise gifts. A gift basket with a thank you card and an upgrade to the backup camera my daughter wanted installed! I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

Of all the sales people I’ve ever dealt with, Katie is by far the best.! She told me 6-8 months for delivery and kept me posted every few weeks. I would send my mother to buy anything she is selling. The most pleasant, easy going and honest transaction. So nice to work with a person with such high integrity!!

I knew what I wanted before I went, so it was an easy sale and no fast talking, pressured nonsense. She was very professional and honest. Upper management would not budge on sales price regardless of me being a return customer and outright purchasing the vehicle no finance.

I just bought a brand new 2022 Jeep wrangler 4xe with Niagara Chrysler. I’m a Quebec customer so it was a little bit more complicated with the papers but they helped me through the process. They took their time to answer my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Huge shout out to Katie!!!!! Amazing experience from the moment we walked on the lot, such a fun experience, extremely knowledgeable, like talking with someone I’ve known my whole life. Made the whole process easy and not stressful. Took the time to show us how to take roof off and even set up my husbands phone. Just a above and beyond experience. Highly recommend Katie, I wish there were more stars to give. And not to leave anyone one out the finance department was also great.

I had Katie has my sales associate. She was sooooo amazing. She was very understanding and empathic. She knew that me trading in my Jeep was hard for me but reassured me that everything was gonna be okay. She got me into my new Dodge Ram pickup truck and I love so far.
