I bought my truck from you around 7 years ago and have always got all maintenance and repairs with your service dept. Your service dept. know my truck better then I do .*smile* I try to not to get any service done anywhere but by your service unless it is unavoidable. I have great trust and know that they will not do things that are not needed to be done .When I'm there for service I truly enjoy all your sale reps and service dept. Thank You

The receptionist at the service desk went above and beyond, making sure my car was fixed under warranty and I was aware of everything going on from start to finish. All staff was pleasant and friendly! A pleasure to deal with for my car repairs!

The entire process from contacting the office,. processing the financing and choosing/finalizing the vehicle was smooth and effortless. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I came in from out of town to purchase the vehicle as it was the exact vehicle I was looking for and I felt everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely be recommending Central Auto Niagara to all of my friends/family in the Niagara region as well as those in the GTA and beyond! The extra drive is well worth the experience dealing with such a fantastic dealership :)

Ken is awesome to deal with. Very patient and adds humor to your purchase. Showed us more in a car then we expected and arranged the financing in the range we wanted to be.
