We recently bought a 2018 Ford F150. I can't say enough about the team at Mike Knapp Ford - Dave was our head salesperson and he was absolutely outstanding. Dave knew what we wanted and needed for our family better than we did! We will be returning to Mike Knapp Ford when we need to invest in our second vehicle. Cannot describe how happy we are with our vehicle and our experience! Lisa dealt with our warranty and helped us pick the perfect package that would make us comfortable and feel protected in the long term. Love this team and dealership!!!

I had excellent service on my last visit to Knapp Ford.   The service department are always very helpful in making sure I get a ride home and back if needed,  they go through all the work that was done so I understand everything  and even wash my car before I pick it up.

This dealership is hands down awesome. We traded our truck for 2 vehicles. Saleman Brian and Jeff Henderson's service team have taken care of us supremely. This dealership is the best in the entire niagara peninsula. No other dealership of any other product comes close.

After getting the run around from another dealer for over a year regarding a recall notice on my Escape, the staff at Mike Knapp dealt with the issue within 3 days of being contacted. The staff were efficient on the day of the appointment and had me out in no time. I'll definitely return here for any future work.
