February 05, 2018 SERVICE VISIT "Patient, thorough, and professional." - Hyundai Accent Their 6 commitment service promises for an exceptional experience were all met! Karen was my service representative in leading the Hyundai team. She was very attentive and thorough to my concerns and warranty obligations. The team was satisfied when I was content with diagnosis and issues addressed. It was a refreshing experience to visit the Niagara Falls Hyundai service team. Thanks again Karen. Grateful, Barbara

"Outstanding Customer Service " I took my car in for it's regular service - upon completing the service they found some issues. Jane called me prior to any further work being done. She explained in thorough work that she recommended to be done. Jane also noticed an issue with my rims and went out of her way to contact Hyundai about getting 2 of them replaced under warranty (A warranty that I did not know existed and had plans to pay to be replaced). She was exceptional at keeping me updated with the status of the claim, getting my car back into the shop and getting them replaced. The shuttle is always available without any delays and he is very welcoming! ... and free car washes!! I will admit, I do miss the smarties after being serviced! Overall: Amazing Customer Service and a great place to deal with.

Carlos was amazing!! He was so helpful and kind. He was patient and very accommodating. He made sure all my needs were met, and took his time to help me learn everything about my new car! I will forever be going to visit him when I am in the market for another new vehicle! I have two young kids, which can make shopping and paperwork very difficult, but he made them feel so great about the experience as well! Thank you so much!! You were wonderful!!

Went in to look at the santa Fe. Was approached by salesman Randy. Really nice guy really funny.
