Horrible experience. Got kicked out of the Oakville Place Roots by the manager who was a white woman right after me and my daughter started speaking Russian. Happened on July 6th.

I purchased items for Christmas presents. Items did not arrive. March 5,2021 still no refund or items sent out back to me. I have called a number of times. This is not ok. I've been shopping at Roots since I was a teenager and I promise I will not be shopping here anymore. This is unacceptable. The worlds most expensive track suits and terrible customer service. Can't even speak to a manager anymore. I'm not giving up till I get my money back.

Rude customer service. They shipped me a sweater that did not match the measurements identified on their website. When I called to return the item they told me to pay for my own shipping to return the item. BUYER BEWARE...

I didn’t see a SINGLE thing in these stores that’s made in Canada. Everything is made in China. You may want to re assess your manufacturing location because I will never be back until you do.

Order is been lost, checking the trucking number that Roots gave me nothing came out. Delivery company doesn’t have any idea. Is been 1 week than I’m trying to reach someone at Roots emails, phone but no answer. I’m very disappointed and I’m not going to give up until I’ve got my money back!

Expensive products, high end stores but if you should have an issue, the Customer Service is the same as the as Dollar stores.

Great selection of furniture, rugs, bags. Stuff not at your regular store.

Thieves who steal from my bank account after making an online pirchase and blame their pricing error on me.

No one ever answers the phone
