DIOR - HOLT YORKDALE

Although it gave off vibes of the luxury store it was not on par with the standards that we expect from Dior. I have noticed some of the Holt staff are not as professional as they are supposed to be... My experience at Dior was short and the staff who was helping me was sweet and helpful... but the rest of them were not... some were on their phones and gave us uncomfortable vibes... so we decided next time to shop from other Dior stores in Toronto...

Bought myself a Birthday Gift. The Director takes his store very seriously and meticulously improves the store, staff, and environment to make it the best experience possible for people of all different walks of life. I not only respect him as an executive but also as a person. Will be coming back as a customer for life. Also, the Grey Oblique is my personal choice for my business meetings and a nice formal dinner.

Excellent customer service provided by Miao. The first time I met her at Dior, I wasn’t sure about the purchase and which colour I wanted. She didn’t give me any pressure and was very sweet and helpful. Ultimately I placed the order and picked up my beautiful bag a few weeks later. I can tell she cares about her clients!

Staff took their time to show us different products and helped us pick the best one. Great selection.

I called them to ask about the availability of the product but no one seems to answer the calls. After calling a couple of times I finally reached a girl and she said someone will call me soon but i didn’t get any call backs. Now I’m trying to call them and no one is answering. Terrible customer service. I recommend buying online or try another Dior store but not this one.

Customer service here is as exceptional as the products, specifically Miao. Miao is very helpful and considerate: never tries to rush me, provides me her opinions and knowledge, and ensures I really love the product before finalizing the purchase. I was originally drawn to Dior bags because of their style and quality, but the amazing customer service experience is definitely the cherry on top!

I had a great experience with Brandon Ly, super professional even when things got busy. He made sure we were all taken care of in order of our requests, which I really respected and appreciated. Request him for your appointment!

Had the first experience at dior because of The lovely staff there. Shorena helped us alot pick and decide what to get she was so kind and lovely.
