Ronsons Rack

My wife bought a pair of boots which started falling apart after only a couple weeks. Upon trying to return them for a refund, the staff repeatedly told her that an exchange would be best, and offered many options in the wrong size, while avoiding questions about a refund. She never did get a refund. Either management has incentivized low level employees to not give refunds, or the employees are simply inept. Either way, that is unacceptable "customer service".

Really helpful service was one of the only shoe stores in Kelowna that took the time to even say "hi" while other stores would just stand behind the till and wait till you approached them. They didn't have the shoes I wanted in stock however, the associate showed me the shoes I wanted in their catologe and ordered them in in a few days (less then a week.) Needless to say this is the only place in Kelowna I'm shopping from now on.

This store has fantastic customer service, great prices, and wonderful selection. We have referred many happy customers here, and we love the feedback we receive. If you are looking for top brands at value concious prices, stop in at Ronsons Rack. We were loyal customers when we lived in Vancouver, and we are so glad they have expanded to our beautiful Okanagan Valley.
