Moores Clothing for Men

Went in looking for a sport coat. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful. Took my measurements and helped me find a couple of jackets that should fit. A few more customers walked in and and the person that was helping me had to help them. I found a jacket that fit and the original person that helped me double checked to make sure that the jacket did indeed fit correctly. If this is all that happened it would be five starts, not comes the loss of the two stars. The manager was around when the other customers came in and did not help at all. Forced one person to help three clients at once. When I was ready to buy the suit the manager had to ring me through as the person that originally helped was stuck with another customer. How can I put my interaction with the manager besides it was terrible. Manager seemed annoyed that he had to help me buy something from his store. No smile, no conversation, just horrible.

The Manager of the Kelowna store was very helpful. Came in to buy my wedding suit and bought a suit. Came back the next day to have it tailored and was told I could not tailor the suit to the slimness I wanted in the pant. The pants had already been hemmed and tailored but could not be tailored any more. They had already had the permanent crease added and the “gripper” installed which aids in keeping your shirt tucked in. I called back and spoke to the manager saying I was unhappy because I thought I was stuck with a suit I didn’t like and he told me to come back in. I came in and together we found a suit that fit me the way I wanted it to, and could be tailored a little more in the legs to achieve the look I desired. He made it work in the same deal and I only had to cover a little bit of cost to get the vest as well. Very satisfied with my overall experience.

Regardless of store policy, not doing measurements for folks outside of their own business is ridiculous.

Pretty good service, however it is a fairly high priced establishment. That being said the products are good name brands

About a week and a half ago, I purchased my first full suit for my high school graduation. And all I can say is, WOW! Dallas was phenomenal! He knows his stuff, highly professional, and always takes every single one of his customer's needs into consideration. He even greeted me and my Grandma right when we walked through the door! Impressive! There was another woman, however I don't recall her name, just kept bringing me many different suits for me to try on. Highly impressed by their customer service! If you find yourself at this Moores location and have Dallas taking care of you, you will NOT be disappointed!
