Never any stock always out of commonly used construction materials. Always a line up always only 1 cashier, who takes returns while 10 people are in line. There should always be some one on returns and 1 cashier no matter what and the returns can cash you out but only one 5o do returns. Lumber desk is the only place with knowledge, but unfortunately not always open Brad and Brenda thumbs up.

Rude and ignorante staff.. Home depot has much more to offer for customer service and hardware/ Material.

Waited in line at one of the two open cashiers for so long, I left. Walked around the whole store to find what i needed and then walked next door to find it for less money at canadian tire. Thanks for the parking space and exercise. Work on customer service and cashier trainning.

Not much is good with Rona and it's only gotten worse since Lowe's bought them out. Even calling them over the phone is a waste of time as no one answers. They are getting less and less of my business. The lumber yard is not very good as their wood is stored outside and is often of poor quality, the personnel is mostly young students who are working on co-op and are clueless, and their regular staff seems distracted or uninterested in helping. Trying to find someone at the paint desk is like finding a needle in a haystack. All in all this store is very poorly managed. And of course let's not forget that cashing out at Rona is usually a nightmare unless you go there when the store is empty. There's usually more people waiting in line at the cash than there are people walking around the store!!
