Great place to find deals on furniture, mattresses , and appliances. They just renovated as well to add a showcase room which gives Ikea a run for their money.

Buyer Beware We bought a Queen storage bed ( no sign on it indicating missing parts). Staff were friendly and were careful helping loading it. When we got it home and went to assemble it, it was apparent a centre support was missing (without it the mattress would collapse into the storage area). Sears had the same bed on display so went for a look and sure enough there should be a centre support. Went back to Rosehill (Fonthill location). One of the male staffers promptly told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Tried to explain it with pictures but got no further. Tried explaining it to female staffer who just said she didn't know. No effort to rectify the problem (all sales are final!!!!!!). Called the original Rosehill in Fort Erie, and with a after sending a text with pics they knew what the problem was, but could not assist. Just some advice ROSEHILL FONTHILL STAFF....even if you don't care pretend you do....it goes a long way with customer service BUT YOU WOULD NOT KNOW WHAT THAT IS!!!!!!!!!

The place is very clean and spacious, everything in it is either new, like new, or very clean. Lots of couches and mattresses if you are looking for those things.

Very nice selection of and variety of beds and headboards a huge selection of couches lounge chairs kitchen tables chairs bedroom furniture all in all a very well kept clean store and very friendly and helpful staff for this business

Thorold store prices are high, might as well buy brand new. Welland store, avoid at all costs!!! I Rarely take the time to give bad reviews when I have isssues with businesses knowing people have bad days or product selection cannot meet demands but giving 1 star is even too much for Rosehill Fort Erie, I will never (nor any of my family) shop here again, let me tell it exactly as it is. Saturday September 23, 2017 at 2:00pm we stopped by Rosehill to see if they had any vacuums. I brought one up to the cash and asked exactly this "how many days do I have for a return?" A tall thin, young (about 20s) girl with brown hair said in reply "7 days", I did not stop here, I repeated, " I can return this within 7 days and get my money back?" She said to me "yes, 7 days, they can try and fix it, exchange or (as her voice tappered off) last RESORT RETURN" I bought the $400.00 vacuum. She handed my husdand the receipt and stamped on the back "... no returns". I turned to her and said, "you said I could return this item" as the blonde (usual front cash lady) came up. The blonde spoke up and said "no refunds on vacuums it says it right there on the receipt" I looked straight at the brown haired girl and said, "did you not two seconds ago, in front of my daughter and husband say, last resort is returns?" She would not even look at my face, turned to the blonde co-worker and said quietly "no I did not"... so in other words myself (an RN from Niagara Health) my huband (also an RN) and our 17 year old daughter are liars? Absolutely disrespectful. Terrible customer service, pay the extra money and avoid this place if they hire liars how can you trust the products?
