Always find everyone extremely helpful!! They see me coming and walk me around the store with my list to help me find just the right items. Terry & Scott are always quick to offer suggestions & offer lots of recommendations on the projects over the many, many years that I have been going to this location. I even had a staff member, Jim, come to my rescue when I had a little meltdown in the store due to a renovation gone bad. Thank You for your help & kindness. I am eternally grateful.

We've been going to see Kristen and Jeremy for years. This is our go to place for furniture and yard supplies. We always get asked if we need anything when we walk in and if they don't have what we want they get it in or help us pick something we like. We have had a great experience with our purchases. From our custom couches to the vanities in our bathrooms. We also don't get ignored when we're shopping there unlike some other hardware stores in town.

This place is like heaven to a handyman. I try my best to do all my own repairs and improvements. I do pretty good too. I come here to get what I need.

To everyone who complains about this store, take your business over to Rona across the city and go speak with the 16 year old kids working there who can't even tell you what a hammer looks like! This store is by far my first stop everytime! Every single employee who works here is always in good spirits regardless of what people are saying! Go walk into the plumbing department and Jim will tell you exactly what you need and even help you trouble shoot your issue. Go to the paint department and Kristin is more then knowledgeable about whatever your need is. All the other employees have been amazing to me and have always been there to help! Jeremy the owner has also been amazing with me as a business owner myself. Every employee in this store is truly great and for anyone to say there is NEVER anyone around your wrong. Rona on the other hand you can go stand at a contractors desk and wait forever or have to interrupt a conversation between 3 employees just to get help. During the lock down I watched all these employees go back and fourth like crazy trying to get everything everyone needed cause we couldn't go in the store and people still complained! If your a grumpy and miserable person who's had a bad day do me a favour and don't take it out on Google review to a hardware store who's employees are truly great employees. In case people haven't noticed this store has employed the same employees for years and do you know why? Cause they are good at what they do!

Went in for caulking for my bathroom was looking at the different tubes for 15 minutes not sure what one was best 2 people talking at the paint desk and 2 talking at register and not 1 could ask me if I needed help ..bad

went to Canadian tire then Rona and they didn't have anything this place had washers and tried the tap or me so i did not purchase it wrong

Waited yesterday at front checkout after another customer walked out because the guy was talking with his friend having coffee clearly looking over at me from the lumber desk. When I asked if anyone was at cash he said why. I said to buy something? Slowly shuffled his way over well talking behind him to his buddy and acted like I was a inconvenience. Went today in the morning asked about mulch well checking out and got huffed at because it had to be looked up. Pretty sad. I don't mind paying abit more to a family run business but I guess from now on I will make the extra drive to Rona. Hopefully you don't lose any more customers.

This place helpful , knowledgeable , polite easy-going and point you in the right direction if they are unable to provide you with the thing you are looking , recommend this place for sure

They don't stock Sono tubes which we found odd. Staff was nice but bare shelves in the tools and like I mentioned didn't have what we needed.
