Staples Welland

I had a variety of different party decoration files that need to be printed on various different papers. Laiba made the entire process easy, fast, and efficient from start to finish. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she willingly shared helpful guidance whenever it was needed. She was professional and ensured everything was completed accurately and quickly!

I was recently at Staples in Welland to purchase a new iPhone. I was very impressed with the quality of service from the two gentlemen in the wireless department and the service manager. Not only were they helpful and friendly, they managed to change my account to offer a better deal on my phone line. A huge shout out to Murad, Kevon and Jackie who were able to help me with my purchase. They are the best part of shopping at the Staples in Welland!

Crystal was assisting me with the renewal of my health card and she was incredible. Removing all stress, worry, awkwardness, and confusion, in such a friendly and professional way. Whoever has the pleasure of working with crystal please let her know that she is incredible! I will be taking my future business here because of her.

To bad no 0 stars option ,I purchased cameras, laptops even changed my call phone service though this location, my visit today was simply put just bad ,needed assistance uploading and printing documents , advised staff I need help . A staff member couldn't help she wasn't sure what to do ,sent a young man over who was very inpatient and rude . Never did get forms I needed printed . Looks like a drive to another location for all my needs going forward!!!! Very disappointing!!!
