Dealing with the pro desk here is perhaps one of the best experiences I've had with a company. The workers there are the most helpful and most wonderful people who always try to make things right for the customer. I've had issues in the past not with castle but with suppliers and the pro desk always has your back. Two thumbs up
Love this place! So nice to have a local option for lumber and everything else not available at our small local hardware store. To the one stars - do people not understand this place literally just opened this week? The lumber yard was open as a convenience during the day while they finished building the actual store and was super helpful to the community. To complain about a store not being open because it literally wasn’t yet open! is laughable. Fantastic store owned by someone in our own community.
