Decent store with decent cleanliness for a thrift store. In recent years, prices here have escalated severely, and have taken the "deal" out of shopping here. One of the regular counter ladies is an extreme mouthpiece and is often rude to customers, and always full of useless and inaccurate information... Be aware. Staff and volunteers are often busy chatting loudly amongst themselves on the store floor or in the back room... I have even be witness to arguments between members during a visit... This portrays a poor professional image... As this store sells donated products from private and commercial sources, stock varies daily, so there is still some good thrifting to be done here... but it's less likely to get a great deal like you used to...

Love this place. Used construction goodies. From roof to foundation to garden they have it all. Note to self- check in often if you want something specific as they get truckloads of new stuff everyday. Oh ya & it all goes to an amazing cause.

Used Toilets selling for $200.00. Costco sells new duo flush for less. Pricing should be appropriate.

This and the one in chilliwack are by far the highest price and least favorite of all the stores. I have little desire to go back based on the prices and as well one incident. I was looking at some rolled up canvas prints. There was a small image of the selection available, but all the rolled up ones were not marked. So I began opening and sorting them looking for a BUDHA image. It made no sense for me to roll them up and have the next guy have to do the same. The cash area was very close and at no time was I asked if I needed help. My intention was to rewrap them and have them sorted. As I got through the bulk a lady came over and told me that I shouldn't be doing what I was...but had no idea I was organizing and doing what should have been done in the first place. She was very good at chastising but never looked up to ask if I needed help, or hear how I was helping them... Lots of furniture was priced way too high and it's like they do not know what the real market place prices are...couches if they were left out in front of a house...no one would even pick it up. Auctions would not even accept them to sell. And I feel the people that need them and might consider ...can not afford the high prices they are marked. I did speak to a manager...and after careful choice of words...I felt he listened...but had the feeling he was not going to do anything about it. The stores in Vancouver and Burnaby I would find myself filling my van with the good prices and goid service I got from the staff... My favorite store is on Winston in Burnaby...in lake city..
