Security cameras apparently don't record video... very sketchy. I know this because someone found my key card with the room number and proceeded to steal all my stuff! Hotel management did nothing to diffuse the situation. Decent rooms. Decent free breakfast. Nice pool with spa. However security is very important to me so... find a place that cares about the safety of their guests.

Nice property, clean rooms. Beds weren't that comfy, but not horrible. Great breakfast! Front desk (night shift) wasn't the friendliest. Microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. No elevator. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Although it was a bit pricey and we were told there were no discounts, not even AAA.

Crossings staff had been exceptional. We had a fire in the home and will be here probably 2 weeks, and after the first couple days are pleased with how we've been treated. We have 5 children and they have a accommodated us at every turn. Location is perfectly located in town with easy access to all the businesses and food. Rooms are average size and beds are above mediocre. What shines here is the staff - Top notch. The pool is warm and clean.

I’ve been staying at the hotel for 7 days because I couldn’t book online for more days. I ask the hotel desk clerk to please hold both of my rooms because I would pay for them from Saturday- Wednesday which the front desk clerk did write in notes for the rooms, but the other employees failed to read them like it don’t matter to them. now today I go up to the desk to remind them about it, and the clerk let’s us know that they booked our rooms to someone else. I’m here in Cambridge working and I feel like people words don’t matter and that you guys at grandstay just do whatever ya please. I’m very upset at the situation because now I can’t find any other hotel near my job site because everything is booked.

Very good for a modest place to stay. Friendly staff, wifi, tasty breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms.
