Extremely rude cashier assistance at the self serve checkout.nnThe worker, an older slim built female with long wavy salt and pepper hair, was so extremely rude at the checkout, such a terrible rude tone from that woman. It was clear she was stressed during the rush at the self serve cashiers, but decided to take her stress out at me for no reason.nnI didn't do anything to provoke her either. She asked me if I had a student card, I had no idea what she was talking about since I didn't know the store offered those cards, then got so rude and snappy because I didn't know. The manager should really speak to her. I don't often shop at this store, but I'll definitely remember her and this store for the extremely rude behavior.
Extremely rude customer service staff.nnThe worker, an older slim built female with short salt and pepper hair, was so extremely rude. I don't know why she still has her job. Unionized?nnOn the other hand, the other ladies at the help desk and self-checkout were very nice and helpful. They deserve a raise and compliments.
Nice Metro, clean well kept tidy abd organized. gets way too crowded and busy in late afternoon. People crashing into you constantly. Its frustrating. Employees don't know where things are when I've asked them the locations of items I've wanted to buy, I've had to locate myself but no big deal I'm a bit older than most of the employees anyway, myself being 25. Lots of teens and young adults working but they seem to work hard and do a good job otherwise. Prices like everywhere are too much right now. Cost of living is too much to afford these days at any store. Metro is fair enough with prices.
Store smells like a dumpster as soon as you walk in. It's open late, but used to be 24hours now they can't be bothered to even do that. Prices are terrible and you're much better off going down Bloor to Korea Town for fresh groceries, or down Spadina to Chinatown.nDon't support this company's price gouging and save yourself some cash.
Security here is a joke, they think staring down a customer and following them around is okay. I had a product I bought at another store. I went right up to the Customer Service desk. The rudest women approached me, no hello, no smile just 'what's the problems!?', I advised I bought an item at another store and it's close to the expiry date. She huffed & puffed and said without a receipt I need to go to the original store so they can confirm my purchase on the camera. Completely clueless, if your team has time to watch hours of footage on a camera to confirm a $3 item was bought... I was advised to grab another. I went to the back of the store and got a replacement. She than scowled that it wasn't the exact same item, such a bad experience. If they had an identical item I would have grab it. Talk about a power trip, you're a cashier at a Metro not a Judge get over yourself.
