Riverview Lodge, Hood River

I booked my reservation at a good price...However I showed up to check in, and a note saying to push the call button was posted. I got here at 6:30pm and it's now 7:30pm...still waiting in my car now very cold outside. I've been calling every 15 minutes since then. Needless to say, not very happy this far. Would just like to put a thumbs up for the quick response time on fixing any issues with the phone line. And calling me personally to make amends...Giving me a very good rate in an A+ attempt to rectify the situation. Room was clean, all staff friendly and helpful...Thank you kindly..

What a wonderful place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Very spacious rooms, we were able to fit our mountain bikes in the rooms with us. Easy sign in and out, very friendly staff, and this lodge is walking distance to the downtown, so park your car and enjoy the breweries.

The room was clean. The price was low. People were very friendly and it's dog friendly. I didn't mind, but some ppl care- the towels are very small. I had to use two and I'm a small person. And the bed was very squeaky and average comfort. The plus was the dark curtains that let in little light. I would start here again in the future.

They are remodeling. The room is nice sized. Not all rooms have kitchens. But they do have them. Other rooms have mini frig and microwave. Clean. Can't wait for their updates. Not on river. But you can see it.
