Not clean. Behind the bed used Qtip. Hair, ghost turds. Crumbs and dirt everywhere. Don't know when it was last cleaned. Furniture felt old and yucky. For $150 a night, DON'T recommend staying there. We stayed two nights, hiking, dining, and whitewater rafting trip down the White Salmon River. Will find another place to stay next time.

I loved the atmosphere, the food and the service... I can't complain about anything.

Anne and them are wonderful, love the Basil Lemonade drink, and the salmon sushi hits the spot. Big portions and a very kind staff.

We had a very good stay here. We stayed in the Deer Cove cabin. It's a log cabin, but newish, very well built, cozy and well appointed. It had a living room, bathroom and bedroom downstairs and a bedroom loft upstairs. Also downstairs is a kitchen-ish area with table, microwave, and refrigerator. There's also a bathroom-style sink with mirror in that area (in addition to the sink, tub/shower and toilet in the bathroom). The downstairs is air conditioned. Upstairs, which can be hot on a warm day, has a nice fan. There was a TV flat-screen and DVD player but no cable or satellite reception. With the room, we got a $10 per day per person voucher to use in the restaurant. There were three of us staying two days so we were given a $60 voucher. That's a pretty strong incentive to eat in the restaurant/bar. Fortunately, the food was very good, so I can recommend that. There are three or four big screens in the restaurant showing various channels (usually sports). You can ask them for the remote control and put on the channel you like at one of the screens. Minor quibble: no cups or glasses of any type in our cabin, but we asked for them in the restaurant and were given them.
