Hampton Inn & Suites Hood River

Great hotel with an amazing location. Close to the river that allows you to go for a run/walk around an incredibly beautiful river and a fall color backdrop. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. They give free drinking water bottles that helps a ton. Free parking and close to some really good restaurants and breweries.

I wish I could give this a 6 star. I have stayed here twice since 6/2024, and I think this may be the absolutely most friendly group of ladies that runs the front desk. Tonight I got Amy. After spending an extra 2.5 hours on I-5, I was ready to check in. She was nice, accommodating and prompt. What a perfect view of the Columbia.nnDefinitely recommend and the staff here needs a raise. Someone is doing something right!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was pretty nice. The hotel pool was kept at a nice temperature, the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of food, and the rooms were clean. We came to the rail biking by here which made it a very convenient hotel as it is only .2 miles away.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. I was highly disappointed with the breakfast that was to be a part of our stay. We were told upon check in, that there was an issue with the oven and they would not have a hot breakfast. It appears to me that whom ever in charge is not capable of thinking out of the box. There are many options to work around this issue.

Loved this hotel, we were lucky to have the river view. I could have stayed in the hotel admiring the view of water and mountains in the background.nExcellent service from everyone we encountered. Yes stay here!
