We purchased a 2021 from Rimar VW last year and every time we bring it in for something at the service department, we leave satisfied! Whether it's a tire change, standard maintenance, etc., we are usually taken care of from start to finish by Tanya Gatti. She always provides my wife and I with an exceptional service and a great attitude. The mechanics who take care of our car do an amazing job as well. In a service environment, we find it's rare to have positive customer experiences so we are very appreciative and feel very confident with the whole team. Thank you, Anthony

Horrible dealership on all levels! They do not care about their clients and communicating with them. They were very rude to my husband! Avoid this dealer on all levels as they do not care about good customer service. Unprofessional staff!
