Salesperson was very helpful and honest, large selection of vehicles to choose from. However that is the end of the good stuff. They try and push their extended warranty on you even when you say you're not interested. They do not return phone calls or emails. Didn't get the check to pay the taxes for the SAAQ until two weeks after taking possession of the vehicle, despite the transit paper only being valid for 10 days. Had to leave a nasty message in order to get it and they didn't even have the decency to return my call, just had the receptionist call 7hrs later to say the check was ready.
Not recommended. ​I bought a 2019 Nissan Kicks 15 days ago. During this period, the check engine light has illuminated multiple times. I was sent to the garage for inspection, and the car remained there for two days, but it was not fixed properly.n​Even the maintenance company's service mechanic 360 is poor. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but the car didn't even enter the garage until 11:00 AM. I waited until 2:00 PM and still was not informed about the fault or how many days the car would remain there. I even had to use Uber to get back home and commute to work.n​I demanded that the dealership take it back so I could choose another car, but they refused, stating they require a comprehensive engine report that warrants an exchange.n​I bought a car to have peace of mind, not to busy myself with repairs. Furthermore, if the car is in the garage for a week for repairs, who will compensate me for the insurance and installment payments I am making? The employees are wonderful, but the service is less than zero. When you go to buy, they make everything seem like paradise, but once you start using their vehicle, the problems begin to appear, leaving you to deal with the repairs yourself. Furthermore, you are still bearing the costs of fuel, transportation, installments, and insurance.
