I needed a car asap, everything was well until I met with the finance guy . When I spoke in English the first thing he said was, we speak French in Quebec  I was offended but I needed the car. He quoted me a warranty that would be paying towards the car I purchased, little did I know it would almost cost me 5000$ more than the cars value hidden insurance. He never mentioned this extra cost. During the time I met him he wasted over 45 mins of my time as I sat in his office while he was on the phone walking in and out of the office. Just for him to tell me to go to the other side because my car was ready an hour ago. When I found out about the hidden cost I said I wanted to leave, the finance guy went to the director. The director approached me and said I would have to pay 1400$ if I wanted to leave because they had already installed the hidden warranty parts. Funny thing is they didn’t install anything! They finally renegotiated to the the first price they told me about. What a joke of customer service this saint Leonard dealership is. Make sure you read before you sign!!!

First experience with HGregoire for a sale. Everything was very smooth, from the moment I sent out an online form to request a price to the actual sale in person. The staff made sure to follow up properly, without harassing; And the service especially from Serge was very pleasant. In under 1h I was out the door with my check in hand.

I got a car there than I’m very happy with, just avoid dealing with the salesman Redda. He was very dishonest and he made the whole process a lot more complicated. Big props to Berto some kind of manager I guess though who set everything straight.  Altogether happy with my car, but I don’t want it to say “H Gregoire” anywhere on it, if you know what I mean.

Bought a car here. While looking at the car another sales man showed up with a "client" to look at the same car. We were told that if that client who was now back in the building put a deposit on the car we would not be able to buy the car. Good pressure tactic. Sales man, Redda is already mentioned below by another buyer below.  After a sad little test drive through very busy residential area, no highway allowed, we discover the rear bumper was severly cracked. The car needs breaks, disks, bearings and bushings replaced, thats why its sold as Econo. Ok fine.  The sales rep leaves us at the counter to finalize the sale. We waited 2hours!!! Not a single person checked on us. 1 couple was ahead of us and another family just gave up and walked out. Our sale took 5 minutes once someone acctually showed up to help the only girl working.  While waiting we noticed the rear whipper was also not working. We mention this to the manager who has been flagged to finally come and help us. The manager tells us he would take care of the repair as this is a secuirty issue. He sent an email to 4 people, printed it for us a proof. 2 weeks later no one has gotten back to us. Someone will contact us an book an apointment is what it says.  Upon follow up we get an email saying its our job to contact their guy and he will bill HGregoire once the work is done, they add a name and a phone number.  This morning I call, first they tell me he is not in, next thing I know he is on the phone informing me he cant do anything, nor book a appointment without seeing the car. This works great as we live 2.5 hours from the location we bought the car.  You want a car sales experience like no other, this is the place! They'll take your money and send you on your way without a care in the world about customer service & good luck with your new lemon clearly checked by no one before being sold. You wont get any service so you better have a plan B.  En francais: Du gros nain porte quoi! Service terrible.

Worst experience with finance. I had put deposit to reserve car. It’s been a month and I have not received my deposit back. I called 10 times, and some time they told they sent it and you receive it. Next time they say we are working on it , we will call you back but nothing. DON'T GIVE THEM DEPOSIT.

Worst experience ever!!!! I wanted to look at 2017 Mazda CX-3 and before I come to visit, the car was sold out. They could have told me as I called to check for my appointment rather than wasting my time. Secondly, I wanted to explore more cars but the guy wasn't interested in showing and just wanted to go home  he was already wearing his winter coat at 4:30 pm ! . Very very disappointed and will never buy from HGregoire again. Even I told my friend to stay away from it as she is looking for a car as well.

I went to HG in Montreal to get a buy price on my 2013 BMW X5 Executive Edition with upgrade paint and leather seats, both comfort and tech packages with only 107K km and I was offered $4000 for a car valued at $17-20K. HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. what a waste of time! dont bring your used car to HG!

Very nice experience. They took the time to explain every single product to me. Went over carfax, a multitude of vehicles. They were patient with my questions. Awesome team

I made an appointment to test drive a car that was available. I drove for 20min to the dealer and I was surprised that it was sold without even calling me so I wouldn’t come for nothing. It disappointing experience with them. won’t deal with them again.

I sold my Car very fast and very good price thanks to Serge. Very honest and excellent service.
