I went to HGregoire to purchase a used CX-30. During the visit, I noticed the infotainment control was not working. I specifically asked them to fix this issue before I agreed to buy the car, and I trusted their promise while continuing with the paperwork.nnOn delivery day, I felt pressured to sign the delivery papers before even seeing the car. When I insisted on inspecting it first, I discovered that none of the issues I asked to be fixed had actually been addressed. This experience left me very disappointed and with little confidence in their honesty and professionalism.nnI would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying here be very cautious, make sure everything is fixed before signing anything, and don’t let yourself be pressured.
Terrible service. The staff is unhelpful and never available, they just transfer you to a voicemail and never call you back. It took me 100+ calls to finally talk to someone who could email me the document they forgot to give me. They can’t even do their job properly without making counting mistakes, they almost charged me extra for no reason. I couldn’t use my new car and had to Uber 40 minutes back and forth to work for 3 days because of their laziness.
Was able to sell my car with an out-of-province pretty easily. Working with Georges was amazing and made the whole process very smooth. he kept us informed of everything they were doing to get the sale through.
