Impeccable, honest, quick and responsive service from Pierre-Françoys! We bought a 2023 Outlander and cannot be happier with the service or the 3 row AWD SUV. I went with my daughter to look at the 2022 RVR, and we met with Mustafa Alim who was the rep that showed her the car. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable when answering all of her questions. He went above and beyond to ensure she would get the SUV she wanted in the color of her choice. Needless to say, she's very excited that she will be driving her new SUV in just a few short weeks! Poor service very desapointed , had an appointement to fix some recalls on my mitsubishi outlander 2015 appointement was for tuesday 11am dropped the car befor that day night to make sure everything is ok they tohat i can come back to pick up car at 4 pm i came at 5h30 the car wasnt fixed no budy knows what happened one day after got call to appologise and to let me know that pare not available they ordered them for me and i should be call ones ready 1 month past nothing !!!???
My wife and I traded in both of our cars for a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and couldn’t be happier. Alessandro’s expertise and transparency was second to none. He was helpful throughout the entire process and made himself available to answer any questions we had. Although the car came with a faulty relay, Aldo at service was quick to replace the part and resolve the issue. His honesty was highly appreciated and we left with our SUV working great. Mitsubishi makes decent cars and this dealer is the only left on the island of Montreal so I have no choice but to drive from the West Island to here twice per year to get my car serviced. That being said, the technicians are knowledgeable for the most part and the service is acceptable.

We went to look at the Outlander 2022 and met Alessandro Conti who was the representative that showed us the car. From that point on, and since we decided to go for the car, he was following up with us on every step of the way. Quick to answer any questions and making sure to find us the color we wanted. Frankly I was impressed at how passionate he was about his job from the first time we visited John Scott Mitsubishi until the day we got the car.
