Don't ever give Longue-Pointe your email address. They will spam you forever with junk mail and ignore all requests to be removed from their mailing list. Car-service-wise you can do better elsewhere. I now service my Fiat at Canadian Tire which is faster, less expensive, and has better hours.

Came in to look at a model today and the seller was trying to sell us a car under pressure without allowing us to test drive it. Would not recommend to anyone. Ended up buying from another dealer later in the day.

WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT TAKE your car for service here. Had to give them 1 star in order to write this post. They don't deserve 1/2 a star let alone one. Had a brand new vehicle (Fiat). After 4 months, it overheated. Took it back 5 times. They kept telling me they did not know WHAT IT WAS. They tried to tell me it was my fault because I was 15 klm late in changing my oil. Then they told me that problems occur because when you drive a car, the car shakes!!!! OMG what incompetence. They were leaving pieces of metal (screws) in the engine!!!! The last time I went in, Walter - the service guy was in a meeting, instead of coming to speak with me (seeing I had just come back from having the car fixed a few days prior), he turned his back!!!! Still not sure why I did walk in the meeting and give him a piece of my mind. Maybe for the best!! Finally took it to a different dealer in Laval, Desmeules Dodge, contrary to what I was told time and time again in St. Leonard, that it could happen again, the issue was fixed, and I was assured it would NEVER happen again.
