One of the best experiences I've had so far with my purchase. I traded my Subaru for The Honda Accord. PLEASE ASK FOR CHANTAL!!! She was quick to give a detailed estimation for how much my car would be taken for and also made sure the transition was smooth. She made sure the customer is comfortable and made it a point to keep the customer informed about anything and everything. 10 on 10 would suggest to a friend! I'm hoping things will go great during service as well!!
I have been a Lombardi Auto client since 1975. Not only the Honda product is a quality vehicle but the service at Lombardi’s is excellent and superb. For the last 47 years the team at Lombardi’s has always provided impeccable service to me and I am sure to all their clients. They deserve recognition for their outstanding service to their clients and I for one would like to thank them and congratulate them on such a fantastic work! We are lucky to have people like this in our lives that serve as an example of professionalism in client care.
Worst dealership for service I’ve experienced. Issues with every visit. 3 weeks to get an appointment for a major problem. Have you leave dealership with problems not fixed and charges for you for it. Oil change computer not reset twice. Oil still very dark after it’s changed. Probably just drain 3/4 of the way. Body Shop painted inside carpet and plastic inside car after bringing it in to repair a scratch on the outside paint 2 years back. Service manager rude and arrogant. 2023 Pilot will be purchased elsewhere.
Hi Mr T. Cristea sold us a Hybrid car which we are more then satisfied and not only he mastered the information about the vehicle he gave us an superb service until leaving with the car and the following days made a follow up. Great service, excellent staff, i would like to express my gratitude to salesman Mr Yassin Driss for his courtesy throughout the whole process. This is my first time shopping at Lombardi and the experience was smooth and pleasing.
The place is super beautiful and clean. When we called , the reception answered quickly and transferred us to Julien, such a good guy! But when you arrive to signing the deal, that's where the BIG BOSS would come and bargain on the price with you. We had a pleasant experience with Julien. They did what they promised and the delivery was good. The worst thing is that we went there, having cash for total amount, but due to all their procedure and insurance recommendation we only got the keys one week after!!!

I went to Honda Lombardi for a touch up pen but decided to see if someone was available and check a new car. I was very well attended since the beginning and to my surprise one sales representative was available. I told him what I was looking for and how much I’d get for my ride. Mr Theodor Cristea was very professional from the beginning to the end. He answered all question I had and was able to choose a car right away and checked it out and it was perfect we added certain options I wanted and he explained to me every other detail about the car and payment and so on. Overall his service was excellent and what I like the most is the respect and confidence he portrays and the ease and knowledge he has about the service he is providing. Long story short I decided to go ahead and put the deposit for the car and he sent me to Melissa Hernandez De Paz whom I did all the paper work and whom was very profesional and a very down to earth person who helped me get the car and kept me informed all the step of the way until my car delivery today. The experience at Lombardi Honda was spectacular and I am most likely to go back for another one as it’s always great customer service that makes the whole difference. Never once was I looked down upon or discriminated for the way I was dressed since i was just in gym clothes. Excellent service by both representative Thank you once again to Theodor and Melissa. Please keep up the good work. Vous faites toute la difference : and if you readers are wondering about the service; wonder no more; check these two persons and they will make everything smooth from start to finish :.
