Worst experience ever! I wish I could give 0 stars to this dealer, I had the most regrettable and disappointing experience. It all started when i visited them to get information about their suvs, the salesman Kevin was very friendly at the moment and we discussed prices and options. After being convinced to go for their Qashqai model, I asked if i could come back later so my wife could try it. We finally sat down to discuss the final price and this when all the troubles begin, Kevin had to inform his supervisor/director Abdel. This guy came all of the sudden with this stubborn attitude to try to convince us about a different price, services etc, even though we had discussed already over and over with Kevin, Abdel kept on getting up and coming back, and he even dare to asked me what else did i wanted, if I didn't wanted his jacket as well! Worst freaking treatment of my life, my wife was very stressed and felt so disrespected when this guy kept putting his hand in front of my face to close the deal. At that moment all we wanted to do is stop talking with this dude. Once we decided to get the car (not at all convinced with the rude treatment and the deal itself) the salesman started running asking us for papers, and asking for the deposit, cause he obviously wanted to leave. At that moment we decided not to stay with this dealer because of how it all ended, who would like to close a deal with this guy and his chauvinist personality! They dont care about the costumer at all! About a week later, finally got my car somewhere else (which by the way got the best treatment ever) and came back to ask gently for my deposit, and this is when the SECOND problem came! 1st had to give explanation to the salesman of why we didn't wanted the car anymore, reasons etc. and was told to wait for the second worst employer at this place: their sales Director Riad Tadjine, who asked again for explanations, and kept saying that the deal was closed! the credit was not even requested since we asked to not proceed with the purchase a week ago! I mentioned I didn't had much time and all i wanted to know is if they will return the deposit or not, and he got mad! this unprofessional insolent guy even got the nerves to tell me that I had wasted the salesman time when he showed me the car! are you serious, so now you charge 300$ to show each car?! So why the hell are you working in a place like that!!! Unbelievable! Any dealer in all Montreal or Canada will have a better service than this place! I will definitely give a call to the Office of Consumer protection to report this shameless treatment. Place to avoid!

Vincent has been an excellent representative for Nissan. His attitude, his knowledge of the product, his courteousness, sincerity and honesty were refreshing and appreciated. I would and will recommend his services to anyone close to me as I am confident he will serve them the best possible way as he has served me and my wife. Thank you Vincent.
