I bought a Subaru Impreza 2020 and had been having issues with squeaky brakes from the get go. I kept bringing it in to them and asking them to honor the sales warranty so I could resolve this issue. I'm almost embarrassed to say I went back and forth with them about this for 3 years. This is no joke, 3 years. Every time I went they kept telling me there's no issue, it must be rust, it must be because of overheating, blah blah. All of which were very poor excuses. Finally, I told them I would not take the care back until they resolved the issue. They still couldn't. Upon returning again, they told me they couldn't verify the issue because I hadn't done my routine maintenance on the car. Quite frankly that was a poor excuse. I told them that made no sense because they had completely replaced all four brakes, however, they insisted the maintenance must be done. Reluctantly I paid 190$ for the maintenance hoping that once and for all this problem would be resolved. No surprise it wasn't fixed. I returned AGAIN. This time I was adamant I would not accept the car back until the issue was resolved. Upon my return to the dealership I spoke directly with the service manager who said "the issue with the brakes is because of how you drive". I couldn't believe his arrogance. I told them to print every document they had on my file so I could bring it to another Subaru dealership and have my service done. I cannot stress enough how bad the service is here. I will not be returning to this dealership, nor would I recommend it to anyone, nor would I ever suggest buying a car from them. Absolutely terrible customer service.
We purchased a Subaru legacy in January 2023 with Gino and he was great. He was ready to answer all of our questions and went the extra mile for us when possible. We also had some questions regarding the vehicle after purchase and he was always available and answered us quickly.
Friendly and helpful staff. Have variety of service including trading options. They have huge options for brand new and used car as well. We bought a Subaru Crosstrek after a few minutes of test drive.
I bought a 2020 outback here, worked the deal out with Cesar Figueroa and Bruno excellent experience. First of all, the most important thing to me was to get a fair price for the car without wasting too much time going back and fourth. Second, Cesar is a great car advisor, I don't call him a salesman because he is one of the most down to earth and transparent car representatives that I have had the chance to work with. We talked straight business and there were no games like some other dealerships play. Straight and simple right to the final deal. Finance director Renaud has an excellent attitude, great guy to talk to and outstanding energy. Marc-Antoine the delivery specialist was excellent finalizing the delivery paperwork. I won't forget to mention the prep team, I am very particular about car detailing and they wowed me, they did a better job than some of the luxury dealerships. Overall a great buying experience. I will update in the future once I have the chance to deal with the service department.
Much like Nick Owens, I experienced an inexistant internal communication practice. Very unpleasant experience. Took almost three hours in the dealership to finalize the delivery of the car. Pathetic service for the most part.
I purchased a used car at this dealership, unfortunately! The salesperson are not-cordial do not respond to messages, shuffle you around, when you ask questions between different people in the dealership. They deliver cars with big scratches on the inside, I pray to imaginary god that something doesn't brake down in this used car forcing me to deal with this ungrateful people again. You might spend close to 20k at the dealership but you must be grateful to buy vehicles at their dealership. No attention to detail, no respect, not customer oriented. All car sales people are liars. These are the worst among them. Find a better place to spend your money.
I bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent in Dec 2021. The car is fine but the dealership is really horrible. I could not be more unhappy. Three times now, I have had to return to the store from two hours away to fix a problem with the car. The same problem and it’s still not solved. They claim no one in their dealership is communicating well with each other. In the meantime, they’ve asked me to drive to their dealership a fourth time. I am understanding so I agreed but I simply asked for a guarantee that it would be fixed this fourth time and, if not, they would drive to me after that. But, sadly, they can’t guarantee that and they can’t be bothered to even return my calls or apologize for their serial incompetence.
Wasted my time with a bogus offer. EDIT: this is no longer a John Scotti Subaru. It's now Subaru Métropolitain. They called me to offer a deal on a lease swap and gave me a fantastic deal on an Ascent, vastly better than the bogus offer from a few months back. I changed my score from 2 to 4 stars now.
Massimo Scotti was great good customer service not pushy at all I got my WRX from him in 2015 and the price was way lower than other dealerships. Not only that he made put it some free goodies and a free tint job small things but still thankful for it
I bought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership. Six months later, I try to perform my first oil change, and guess what? The dealership over-tightened my oil drain plug way past the Subaru torque spec of 30.8 foot/pounds. Despite trying to remove this drain plug with the correct tools a good 6-point socket and a socket wrench with good leverage, the bolt will not come off. Taken it to my local mechanic, who tried removing the bolt with with an extractor socket, but could not. We did not attempt using an impact wrench on the oil pan due to the risk of damaging it. Where do I stand now? With the risk of having to change my oil pan, all because this dealership cannot torque a bolt to Subaru specifications. Thank you very much for such terrible service.
