I experienced a very pleasant purchasing process at Lombardi Honda. They have a very bright car exhibition room where you can visualize to compare Honda's different vehicles and select one to meet your needs. The sales lady/man are very patient and would provide you all the information that you needed in a very professional manner. You will feel no pressure and comfortable to make your own decision. The financial director would also provides you different financial options. You are free to chose the right one to fit your interest. The services including sales and post-sales are excellent. You can use email or call to make an appointment in a very convenience way. Most important, Lombardi Honda has equipped very advanced tools and equipment for mechanic and electronic services that you may need in the future.The Honda CR-V 2018 is the best SUV vehicle that I have experienced. So far I am extremely satisfied this new car's performance. It is smooth, low noise, powerful in engine operation, fast acceleration, and low fuel consumption. I will give 5 stars for all the service that I received from Lombardi Honda. I definitely will recommend my colleagues and friends to visit this Honda dealership.

++: being a Honda dealer --: I had a short time talking to the sales representative when I went there, I think the guy was so reluctant to sell any car to me (I don't know why!). The car I wanted to try was not in the dealership and he promised me to bring the car and the model to dealership and give me a call to follow up - He never did that, I even called him back, he said he is going to bring the car and give me a call back, again he never called me back. I am giving it two stars because of the Honda and the quality of its cars not because of the dealership! PS. I ended up buying a car from another Honda dealer (honda st. basile - recommended by the way)!

If you want a perfect and honest service, make sure you ask for Helene Major, she was a big help and answered all my question and was extremely patient with me ! If you’re looking for a used car she’s your girl !
