The store itself is nice and well laid out; there are mostly table options available with some rugs, chairs and a few odd items. I would visit more often but the staff are extraordinarily pretentious and cater to who they -wrongly- assume has more money, ignoring the rest. It would be one thing if they were patronizing but they won't even give you the time of day. I went in and tried to buy a five figure couch, dining table and 10 chairs to go with it about a week ago. I already knew what I wanted, so that was simple. After asking for help as I had a few questions about pickup, I was handed a measuring tape and ignored. I waited with my husband for 20 minutes 2 employees were working, 1 other very well dressed couple entered the store after us. I asked a second time for some help and was told they'd be with us when they were free. They were now both chatting with the other couple. Please treat everyone fairly and remember, gone are the days of judging people based on appearance. I like jeans and t-shirts and know a lot of 22 year olds who spend their last cent on a Gucci bag. Neither of those things define who we are or what is in our bank account. After all, we're ALL shopping at an Outlet.

The furniture is amazing - always new items at great prices. A designers paradise for sure. The staff are friendly and helpful. You just never know what to expect.

I checked the store hours before going, only to arrive at the store and the door shut in my face one hour early. Trying to call the store to find out actual store hours, nothing, no automated service warning customers of different times. A good customer service is not a thing there.

This location is an outlet so the furniture is not all well placed as what you see in regular location. Product are still very nice and prices are a little lower compared to the Yorkdale location. Ask any staff if you have any questions.

Beautiful, quality products ranging from couches, dining tables, chairs for both indoor and outdoor. Spacious store with lots of friendly staff who offer help and give you space to check things out on your own. While many of the items are discounted by 50%, keep in mind that most of the chairs alone are originally priced at $4000 and up so be prepared!

I like to pop in here when I'm in the Premium outlets. Restoration Hardware has some beautiful pieces. Now they are pricy, probably more than most people are willing to spend but it's always great to see what they have. If you watch the show Two and a half men, when Ashton Kutcher purchased Charlie's Malibu beach house, he redecorated, and his Airplane Wing Desk was a piece that I saw here at the store. It was a few thousand dollars... But pretty cool. This year I was hoping to get some little stocking stuffers, as the store used to carry little fun items however this year they didn't. And the staff confirmed that they will no longer have the bed sheets, or blankets, etc.. ONLY furniture for now.

Stepped in on Monday this week and tried to look for a decent coffee table, couch, side tables and etc. Saw a small couch to fit my living room but it was on hold for somebody else just a few minutes ago. Asked the staff if the person has put a deposit on it because my wife really likes it and I would buy it now. The answer is "no" but they wanted to wait. I read a review says 60% of the furniture are on hold for their valued customers so my question is:"why you wanted to open the door to rip off the rest of us? Instead, you can directly sell to them". It seems like their sales do not take commission of anything they sell in the store because nobody ever asked if I need more helps rather than telling me the BS. I would never cross that door again because their prices do not match the service and there are a lot of other options in the city. You are paying for the brand not for the products and service.

Unlike other negative reviews my experience has been positive. I come here often as I live in Milton and customer services has been fairly good. Prices are great as they carry returned inventory. I called them just now actually to check on an availability for an item of interest and they got me the confirmation I needed. So no complaints on my part.

Great selection of outlet priced options. Everything there is basically on sale/clearance. They are usually the last year/season’s models, but still very much in line with the Restoration Hardware brand. You can get some good steals if you’re quick.

Simply put, if you want to get your hands on any of the good pieces that end up here you’ll have to bribe one of the sales people or be a very loyal client that’s already bought a lot from them. About 60% of the merchandise is put ‘on hold’ for their special clients. Normally their hold is supposed to be for two hours, so we offered to wait until it expires to buy the item. They said they will extend the hold ‘as long as needed’ and are not allowed to say for how long. Some items had been on hold from the previous night. Very rude, arrogant staff. Not worth it imo.
