The Brick

I went in and was helped by Bedi. I found the staff in this location to be super helpful without being overbearing, and Bedi was able to help me pick out a couch, TV, and TV stand that suited my needs and my budget perfectly! I love my new living room set up and I wouldn't have been able to find these pieces if it weren't for his help! He asked questions about what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend so that I had everything I wanted without having to pay for extras that weren't important to me. I had been in a few other stores before this one and found the best prices and the best customer service here. Everywhere else I felt hounded and pressured to spend more than I wanted to. So happy I went in to this location! Ended up with great stuff for a great price! Thanks Bedi!

My family and I used to live in Mississauga. We have been going to The Brick for some time but always found we never got the best service from the locations that we went too. They never had bad products, it was always the service that was terrible. Things like the fine print, return policies, hidden charges and fees, or information that should have been mentioned upon purchase was never brought up until after the fact. That’s how they get you. And that’s how they build their commission. The Brick Milton on Maple avenue has little regard for their pockets and more care for the actual customer and their needs. They cater to your desires and the show room has a great selection of furniture, appliances and electronics. My favourite part about my experience there is ofcourse the sales associate and the manager Kyle. Kyle has helped our family from our first purchase of a 2018 Samsung washer and dryer, and remembered us when we returned to buy a tv and sofa’s. He always made sure he did his best to satisfy our needs and throw in any extra deals he could. Truly a great location with a strong staff who understands that the commission is not the most important thing about there job, it’s the experience they give and the hospitable treatment you receive that’s going to bring the customers back.

The salesman was like a vulture. I looked at the Kitchener location and found a couch I liked and wanted my parents' opinion on the size. The couch was on display in the Milton location (where my parents live) so we went over to take a look. I explained to the salesman I already was planning on buying the couch from their Kitchener location and that i was just showing it to my parents. That didn't get rid of him. He followed us around the whole store and at the end he said to me "so....no sale today?" UHM obviously sale today! I told you that when i walked in! Sleazy salesman just chasing his commission. The customer service at the Kitchener location is so much better.

I had an amazing experience with both the sales team and management at this location, one sales consultant in particular by the name of Saima. Not only knowledgeable, but also mindful of pricing. I will be returning to this location, and dealing with Saima for all future Brick purchases!

So disappointed about the late delivery. We were invited to a VIP on Feb 1 and yet the sofa set we ordered isn't going to reach us till after the first week of March. We should have been informed if what we were picking was actually in stock and the estimated time.
