Staples Milton

Was looking for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0" 8gb tablet but instead purchased the Galaxy Tab 8.0 Android 7 32gb as it was on a promotion price. -works good and is a solid tablet, no complaints. Sales rep was helpful.

Dissapointing sums up the experience - went in for their advertised 50% off rechargable batteries and charger on the first day. On the day of the sale they had ONE set of the item advertised - AND it was an opened package (it was neatly taped closed). The staff were courteous and attentive yet borderline desperate (i.e. 'thirsty' for the youths). It felt like a result of the store on the verge of closing down or they knew their advertising was sketchy. Assuming it's tough operating beside a Wal-Mart and based in the experience of others in the comments, IMO, management better get a focus on building long-term customer relations instead of gimmicks.

I have shopped at Staples for many years and have not had a bad experience. Customer service has fortunately always been good. Hope it continues.

Asked staff if they carried any luggage in the store. Response was No. While walking around the store I found luggage "buggati 2 piece set" in the middle of the store on the floor advertised as store special. Ran into same employee right next to the luggage and advised him that the store did carry them. However the way the luggage set was packaged, the "second piece" of the set was not out in the open and I asked the same staff member if he could help locate it. He just said he didnt know where that was and just walked off.....and no he wasnt helping another customer or inbetween some other task. I saw him strolling up and down the ailes right after. Sorry but its hard to recommend this staples location with that personal experience.
