We visited few mattress shop last couple of weeks. We had a wonderful experience in National Mattress today. They have verity with all price range probably 250 to 1300, I checked only mid range. Mattress quality at first look was good but cannot judge untill I use it for a year or two. I want to thank sales folk Suruj I am not sure I spelled it correctly!! who gave us his dedicated time with good suggestion. He also gave extra afford to check if mattress will fit in my SUV, he literally took one mattress and checked if it fits. I was impressed and was so thankful to him. Finally we grab one mattress with full confidence.
Customer service at the store is very good and mattresses are very comfortable, we were intrigued with the mattress in a box concept and works very well. Sadly, delivery was a nightmare as you can't control which time they deliver and packaging was broken which did some damage to one of the bases as shown in the picture, but luckily it's not easy to spot on the final product. That's the only reason why I don't give them 5 stars
Store was easy to locate. Just right around the bus stop. I was attended to by Hamza and he was patient, helpful and I found him knowledgeable on types of mattress to fit my need. I'd recommend this place if you looking to score a great deal.
Had a great experience and customer service with Darryl. He was very helpful and helped us find the perfect mattress for our house. He was very informative and gave us one of the best prices in town. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for getting top quality mattresses at the best discounted rates. 5 stars!
This place provided exceptional customer service. The associate that assisted me was knowledgeable about the mattresses, helped me find the best one. It was delivered very fast. Delivery was perfect, I received a call when they were 5 minutes away. Check this place out if you need a bed, much better then other retailers I’ve dealt with in past.
Really great place to get a mattress. We have purchased from here twice and would go back again if we needed more mattresses. Staff are not on commission so there are no pressure sales etc. They will happily answer questions or show you what you're looking for and then let you be and to try out the mattresses.... And the best part is they have a huge selection of mattresses actually in stock for you to lie down on and actually try out! Prices are good and there are some coupons to get extra money off if you spend over a certain amount. They also offer free delivery!
Had a great experience here. Hamza was very helpful. We bought a queen size mattress, a spring box and a mattress protector. Totally happy with selection. Would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for quality mattresses at discounted rates.
We bought our mattress from the Mississauga location. We dealt with Suraj, who was very polite, informative and displayed good technical knowledge. Good variety and space to test out the different on-site options. Couldn’t find a better deal anywhere else! Highly recommend
They seriously have the best prices in all of GTA with the widest selection possible. The customer service is also fantastic. Daryl was great help! We are very very happy with our purchase and saved hundreds by not going to a commercial big box store.
After doing lots of searching online, I found National Mattress Outlet that was close by in Mississauga I saw many great options with amazing prices. So I basically ran out my door and got to the store as quickly but safely as I could to try them out in person to make my choice. When I entered I was greeted immediately and offered help, I found the ones I saw online quickly with their help and even got to take my mattress home that day since it was compress rolled! I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner, thanks for the help and I can highly recommend this store.
