Helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always a pleasure to deal with. The geek squad is extremely helpful and understanding, not to mention honest. They always do their best to get everything done and if I have a question they can't answer, they usually have someone in the store they can get for assistance. I always have a great experience here!

I was at the store today to buy a tablet. Half of the displays are empty and they have a limited selection. Regardless, I quickly chose the tablet I wanted which was great because I had my 6 month old son asleep with me in his car seat and I was looking to get in and out quickly. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Instead, I had to haul my (now crying) son around the store 3 times to find ANYBODY who could possibly open the glass case for me. In the whole store there was only ONE associate wearing a blue shirt that was at the time serving another customer. After about 10 minutes of trying to find someone I finally approached the geek squad and asked them to call someone for me. After another 10 minutes still nobody had come to unlock the case. At this point I called the store from my cell phone in hopes of getting some help but guess what? NO ANSWER. Finally a young man just wandered past me and I was able to flag him down (pretty sure he was on break because he didn't seem pleased to help me) . I then had to wait a further 5 min waiting for him to return with the keys! WHAT IS GOING ON?!

A good store with a variety of gadgets. Prices are reasonable as most item prices are manufacture driven. They do price match with great. Return policy 14 days and simple and easy. The web site is a bit slow sometimes and the reserve in store option is no longer working since before thanksgiving 2017. It gives error and I have reported it many times bit it seems they are not interested to fix it

Extremely Rude assistant manager refused to provide refund for defective product-August brand wireless door lock. Told me to deal with manufacture after it malfunctioned after 30 days. The unit kept on unlocking all hours of the day and night. A real safety issue for a young family. He showed no empathy. He refused to stand up for the product that Best Buy sells. I asked for another more reasonable manager that had decision making ability. This set him off. He was rude, loud and absolutely unreasonable. He had a huge ego in front of patrons and staff. It was more important that he won the disagreement instead of doing the right thing. Then he embarrassed me by telling me numerous times to leave his store. He wouldn’t offer not even a store credit! He hid behind the store policy. I no longer trust Best Buy Milton to Stand behind their products when I invest in the brands they sell as long as that guy still works there. The assistant Manager is too much of a hot head. I walked into the Burlington store and they understood and provided a full refund. I need new electronics for my new home and I plan to spend $10k to have all the latest home security features and TVs, speakers, etc. There’s no way I’ll buy from the Milton store. If these products are defective or malfunction you will risk being stuck with $10k of useless product. If you decide to buy at Milton do not deal with the assistant manager. He will impose his life insecurities onto Best Buys paying customers. He is clearly not suited for a position of responsibility or authority and handled a relatively simple issue with complete and utter incompetence. I do hope Best Buy Milton steps up their screening and interview process and hires a better assistant manager. If Best Buy executives were present they would have terminated him on the spot. All other staff were very good - they were clearly embarrassed by their managers lack of professionalism and poor behaviour.

This location has employees that are very helpful however not many items in stock in this location. The line ups are quick, employees knowledgeable (in the TV section at least)
