Excellent service provided by Chuck. Took the extra time to understand our needs, explain various mattress information, and ultimately satisfy our objectives on quality and price. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lots of mattress options. Good service but having only one staff present made us wait a long time. Since she was too busy dealing with other customers we had to return the next day. Again it was same issue as she was the only one. But we waited and finally chose a mattress. Applying for a brick card was a hassle. She was on the computer and phone for an hour and still could not get it done. So we just paid out flat with our own cc.

It was a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chuck helped us with choosing the best mattress. The whole experience was great. Thank you for taking the time to help us.

Went to Brick yesterday and the moment we entered the kind looking gentleman(Mr. Bedi) gave us couple minutes to look around and then approached us to let him know if we needed help. My husband and I started looking around then when we wee deciding between 2 mattress then Bedi approached us and asked if he can be of any help and then when we explained that we were looking to upgrade to a king mattress and the first thing he did wa to take us to show that one single king mattress on the floor so we have an idea and then instead of being a pushy annoying sales rep like in other stores he gently asked us if we have decided with the matressand then when I tried to compare the 2 mattress he stopped me right away and explained it should not be compared and how to choose the mattress. I really like the way he let us decide on our own instead of selling what wasn't selling out in the store. then after finalizing the mattress , my husband I went to see the TV and we were worried about the expenses and he learned us and instead of being pushy again he asked us to take some time and think over . And we are sure to go back to him when we know we want the TV or anything. Great job Bedi! I will highly recommend this brinck store over peel region and Toronto region
