DOT Furniture

I would just like to commend the staff at your Mississauga Argentia location. My first visit to a DOT Furniture store was on June 9th, 2017 and I was extremely pleased with the staff. I was welcomed and offered assistance as soon as I walked in, my inquiry for a 10 foot umbrella as shown on your website was handled quickly, pleasantly and with ease. The staff were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to let you know that your staff were great and should be appreciated. Julie L.

Horrible service. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. We purchased a patio set last year end of season ( was not on sale) spent over $3000.00 waited over 10 weeks for prepaid covers to protect the furniture. We set up the table and covered as we had not even completed our backyard renovations to display funiture. We have used the table a few times THIS CURRENT SEASON and one of the legs turn's inwards . Due to this the table is not steady and any sudden movement of chairs which in turn makes the table move the whole thing tips over. We called to explain the situation and the store asked for pictures to be sent via email, email was sent and the manager called back stating that the table was dragged along the patio and caused the table leg to break off. This is suppose to be of excellent quality and this type of issue should not happen. Store manager was very defensive and not compassionate towards the situation. Her resolution was to bring in the leg and they would send out for repair at our cost. The leg isn't the issue it is the connection between the table and the leg ( nuts and bolts etc) Not the way you treat customers . I will be contact head office. If this was a cheap set $500 then i would understand I pay for what I get but it wasn't and I expected more. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. 👎🏼
