New construction. Room is simple and clean.

It's a short stay motel, not the Plaza, you get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with the place. It's relatively clean , safe and discrete. Never had any issues with the staff. Go there all the time for sex on the afternoon. 
Only complaint might be the walls are paper thin. You hear a lot of screwing going on

Suitable place for entertainment

Proper place for a short stay. A $5 deposit is needed, but is refunded after every stay. Room are nice and prices very reasonable.
