Residence & Conference Centre – Toronto is a short term and an extended stay hotel alternative, located on the Seneca College Newnham Campus. Our modern facilities host students throughout the academic year (September – April) and are made available to the general public as an affordable, alternative accommodation provider during the May to August.

As an extended stay hotel alternative with affordable rates and amenities, we are ideal for those planning a longer trip in Toronto, coming with a group (religious group, school group, sports team, etc.), or planning a business meeting.

Manager Joelle I believe that was her name, very rude. To think as a a manager you will set good example. Ended what could have been a very good experience with a bad attitude

Safe building, lots of activities. Renovated rooms are nice.

Very clean. Great staff. Student residents ruin the building. WiFi sucks!!!! Signing in guest also sucks. I wish the actual rooms had locks so that people cant come in and steal your stuff.

Left a depoait of $500 for the summer term, and still havent received it back although 3 months have passed. When they took my money they did not need that much time, so just to make them pay i am thinking of even taking them to court and get a lateness damige from them. Maybe this will wake the managers of this place up and for the same price you can finde somthing way better...
