Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville

Rooms were good except that theg didn't provide us slippers & upon asking they did. So, i think they should have just kept it before guests check in if that is their routine policy. Also, the room was bked for 2 but we had only 1 chair with the coffee table to sit by the window, i think they should keep 2 chairs, so 2 ppl can sit by the window for breakfast. Checkin had a big queue & wait. Loved their clean lotion & shower gel shampoo. Liked their linens. Room was clean & provided with small refrigerator & keurig.

Nicholas at reception was outstanding! He was helpful, kind, friendly, and is always smiling I wonder if his cheeks hurt!. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! We stayed at the hotel July 10-12, 2025 and it was a good experience overall. - Rm 1014

Good hotel, nice amenities, responsive and friendly staff. Clean and safe hotel. Access card needed in elevator to go to floors and 11th floor. You need to check in first before entering parking. Parking has in/out privileges. Tight underground lot. You can park a big SUV. The hotel is 11 floors, and the tower is residential. 11th floor has gym, pool, lounge, and each change room has wet steam room. It is very well maintained and really clean. You need to bring the towels from your room. There are no lockers in the change room, so keep your valuables in your room and bring your access card. Residential tower has a separate lobby with a separate elevator. Pictures are attached to give an understanding of hotel Floorplan. Google Maps' top view doesn't show the hotel part clearly.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Everything was clean and well kept. There is nice area in the 11th floor to relax on the outdoor loungers.nService was great, including the restaurant.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Montreal was fantastic. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym were available to guests at convenient hours, and they were always well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and I had no issues with room service. My interactions with the reception staff were positive as well—they were proactive, spoke both French and English, and were always ready to assist. A great choice for anyone visiting Montreal
