Regency Inn & Suites

This was a very last second hotel stay with my fiancé and his 9 year old son. I read some of the reviews and they are spot on. The desk clerk was very rude. Also, my fiancé had reserved a room using a popular app and had paid for it but the clerk could not find it. She then told us to put down a hundred dollar cash deposit we don’t carry that much cash on us, so we had to go across the highway to the gas station to withdraw it. The hotel is old and very outdated. There was a random microwave sitting in the hallway. I would not recommend staying here at all. Also, there was a Covid era plastic barrier on the front desk, or was it because of crime?

While it's very barebones on what is available, with almost no breakfast a shared microwave unless you get a more expensive room. however looking past that it was cheap, reliable, and the people behind the counter were always kind. those leaving reviews talking abt a $100 safety deposit clearly didn't read the website where it clearly states it. would recommend as a cheap option.

This hotel doesn't offer much for amenities, but it is in a relatively safe and quiet area except for highway noise, and it pretty darn clean. I have paid much more for less clean and more noise. It is an inexpensive hotel, but I would rather have a clean room without a coffee pot than a lousy breakfast.

Not a place we'll stay again. The hallways have a strong odor and we had to spray air freshener in the room. It is quiet in the room begging close to the highway but that's about the only plus. Good thing we're here just 2 nights.

If I could leave negative stars I would. On the road with my girlfriend and just needed something cheap to get some rest. Started Checking in and the guy at the front desk said he needed both ID’s, well my girlfriend forgot hers at home. Needless to say he wouldn’t let us stay there and was very rude about it. It was atleast midnight. If I’m ever in that area again I’m paying the extra $50 to go stay down the road.
