Rude staff, Waited 45 min for front desk lady to check us in because she was cleaning rooms! Rooms keys never worked ! Breakfast was BAD! Ask Jason at front deck for more food and coffee. He said ya. But never left the desk for 15 min. until other guest came down and asking for more food to be brought out.He finally went to get more. He came out with cold hashbrowns and 2 PIECES OF BACON! REALLY! he then went back behind the deck. This was 8am!! Bed were Bad! TV channel choices SUCKED!

Just off the beaten path but close enough to amenities to be with plenty around to do. Clean and comfortable rooms with great customer service

I attended a team meeting here and the conference room was very nuce. It was clean and set up. The lobby also has a nice snack bar and water/coffee/tea bar that is well stocked and clean. The front desk was accommodating when we had extra requests and the location is right near lots of resturaunts and shopping.

Quick check in, rooms are clean though some items are due for replacement. Room heat is good. Pool is very cold, hot tub is great! Very good selection for breakfast, plenty of seating. Nice eating area.

I can't even rate this with no star. Being 300 days in hotels I have seen the worst and the best. I had a reservation at this hotel and when I checked in, a front-office office manager named Jesse was extremely unprofessional. This gentleman cannot be at a hotel industry at all. I don't know what the owner and the manager's thinking about this gentleman but this person needs to be fired immediately. The rooms were filthy and the breakfast was below average. I will not stay at another Best Western ever again. The most disturbing part of my trip was the morning of my check out, Jessie had a lady in the back office making weird noises. I said three times hello hello and finally Jesse came out with his pants unzipped and it seemed there was something going on in the back. Who does this? At work??? Another lady with the name tag Jessica came from the back and she was also in a very unusual shape. Travelers please do not bring your kids this hotel.
