InTown Suites

Though I haven't quite finished my stay here, I have honestly always liked staying here since my first time in 2015. I love the new renovations and the employees are incredibly caring and just genuinely kind! (I had an issue with my plumbing, which had caused the bathroom to become flooded, which honestly isn't even the worst part, I couldn't get the water to stop, which left me no choice but to call the over night maintenance lady. I felt awful for calling her at 3am in a mid-sleep panic. HOWEVER, especially for being randomly woken up and everything, she was just an absolute life saver and a total blessing!) I recommend InTown to everyone, not only from the physical experience, but also because how convenient and affordable it is (even for extended stays!)

Very rude cleaning staff. My husband and I were woken up by the cleaning staff. My husband had made a sign and hung it on the doorknob for a do not disturb. We didn't see a point in having them come that day because we had only been checked in for 2 days and they had told us in check in that we were responsible for replacing our toilet paper and taking out the trash. I had spoken through the door " no thank you" and the cleaning lady had spoken back to me with an attitude that we cannot put signs on the door. This to me was outrageous because I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide a do not disturb sign. Since one was not provided, we made one. We did not tape anything to the door, it was hung from the doorknob. I do not recommend this place at all unless you absolutely have to. Now every time we see that employee she mumbles something under her breath and kind of just stares at us. I do not feel welcomed here at all. I really wish there was another hotel in the area that has weekly rates. For 414$ that we paid, it is definitely not worth it.

We have been in the Coon Rapids Minnesota since November 2017. The staff is excellent here and always respond in a timely manner. This has been the best long term hotel situation we have ever had.

I stayed there for 6 months last year, I took my best friend there for a place to stay for a few weeks. Thanks to Inn Town Suites North, my best friend has a good place to stay, it's not a bad deal to stay there. For 350 a week and then you get a maid service and the laundry room including a great security and services by Coonrapids police force

It was pretty nice like a tiny tiny apt. Way too expensive though.
