This hotel is strange.

It really does feel like a lot of the people here are long term. There was a noisy tailgate party right outside our room, and always, always people sitting outside and watching you come and go.

The room itself worked for what we needed. It's got cigarette burns in.. everything, but it did appear clean. The water pressure is good and the hot water works.

They don't do enough about noise, and they're lenient for pet owners. If you have a dog, this is great, but if you don't, you might hear some dogs in the night. There was a police chase nearby our first night, a woman who shouted at her children in the middle of the night, and at least two dogs that I heard the first night. The second was a tailgate party until about 1am.

If you go in expecting very little, this place will not disappoint you.

This hotel is entirely serviceable. However, it seems like a large number of people staying here are long term guests. This isn't necessarily a problem, but it doesn't make me feel very comfortable having people stare at me as I go in my room. They did let me have my dog and cat with no charge, which is nice. Just be sure you're honest and ask before doing, because their official policy is only one animal per room.

Friendly, efficient service. Welcoming lobby. Perfectly clean, fresh rooms, new appliances, very nice lighting, attractive decor. Wonderful location.

I will have to say...you get what you pay for. Although, this is not the Country Inn and Suites it is still a pretty descent hotel and if a room is needed they are always available, never over priced and friendly front desk staff.

Only thing I don't like is that the housekeepers come to the door early to ask if you are checking out. Twice in the past year I have been sleep, with nothing on including my guest, and an employee knocked and entered the room. Whether he heard me or not he still walked in. One particular time I sat up and wrapped the blanket around me and he still asked if I was checking out on time instead of leaving.
Dedicated employees but I lost my privacy.

Customer service was absolutely horrid. I would recommend everyone stay well clear of this horrendous excuse of a hotel. The management will not work with you at all if there's a problem.
