Rooms were clean and very spacious. Coffee in the room is not good, but the coffee provided in the lobby is good. Parking is tight. Great location. Housekeeping not the best. Would be nicer if they had darker beer on tap. Overall a good stay.

Service is good with the front desk and maintenance, that I experienced. The room service person for bringing in extra towels weren't as friendly, seems to have a social behavior issue, didn't seems to care. On the other hand, there was an issue with the sink draining and the maintenance person came very promptly but the issue wasn't fixed the first attempt, can be a very inconvenient as times. We got our parking taken off as a result. The rooms were fairly clean and prepped, awesome window views towards the Vikings stadium available to the lucky ones. Overall, because of good attitude with most of the staff, it's not a bad place to stay if you are ready and willing to compromise.

Upon arriving at the front desk of the hotel late at night, we were greeted by the friendly receptionists who told us where we could venture out to see the city at night and the following morning. (Spoonbridge and Cherry and the Stone Arch Bridge are a must) I stayed in the standard double queen room. The room was also massive and it had an entire living room with a TV, as well as a separate room with two double queen beds overlooking the new football stadium. Breakfast had some good options and hot food. Would recommend.

Went to Guns and Roses last night. Stayed here. Very nice place nice rooms. But when u have a big event like that and have to be told that its gonna take 45 minutes just to get some chips and salsa and some pretzel bites. Need more help on hand then. And then when i go to order a beer at the bar this young kid with black hair kept like avoiding us and serving other people. Finally get one and order another and he goes what can i get u and i said a beer after 30 minutes waiting and he says well there is a bar up the street a block. Wanted to give him a attitude adjustment on the spot. RUDE AS HELL.
