Extended Stay America - Minneapolis - Brooklyn Center

Evette is absolutely amazing. She is very polite and extremely professional. Her customer service is overwhelming because you just don't get excellent service anymore. Thank you Evette for making our stay welcoming.

It had everything thing but unlike other extended stay America hotels there were no grocery store nearby. therefore reduced 2 stars. Rooms were clean and hotel reception service was good

It's a clean place, well taken care of, if you are patient and come to the front lobby, you will be able to get all the items promised. If you expect reimbursement for anything, you will have to hunt it down, no one will make an extra effort. For the most part, the staff are pretty welcoming and friendly. Morning coffee most of the time is taken sway half an hour early. If you call down for an assistance, you will be cut down rudely and with no professionalism. If you stay long, it is up to you to keep your room clean.

Tyler mike evette they make this feel like you are home Always welcoming eith a smile or a luttle comment to make you feel special. I have been thru so much n each obe of them have always left me with comfirting words. The offer great guest service

The description says it's newly renovated but that doesn't seem to be the case. My first room had an old grimy tub and the furniture was quite worn. The exterior is littered with trash. This location seems to appeal to a rough and noisy clientele. The second room I had was also worn but less so. Compared to other locations, the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
