Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Food is amazing staff is always super friendly and efficient. Always takes the order and brings it correctly. Always talks to us about our day engaging with there customers. The environment is warm and welcoming and fun for the whole family. There is something for everyone to order. I have never had a bad experience here before and continues to be my favorite place to eat at a sit down place with the family.

Service has been pretty good each time we've gone. Food is what you'd expect. The milkshake are great and the kids love to play the table top kiosk game/menu. Did you know if you order a burger with broccoli in place of fries, it's unlimited broccoli! How much broccoli can you eat?

The award for most improved menu goes to.... Red Robin. Consistently good food in a sports bar atmosphere. Unfortunately 15 dollars for a burger and fries is becoming the industry norm. I enjoy their food and will continue to give my patronage.

Great food as always. Just super busy and had to wait 20 min for a table. Service was still great even with it so busy.

Visited on February 19, 2018. We came into a freezing cold restaurant. The hostess forgot to put our name down to be seated, after double the time of what she said it would be we finally asked about it and she even admitted to not writing down our name. We ordered our meal and the burger and fries come out cold without the toppings we were expecting on it. We also ordered the endless fries with it and we asked for more fries and the waiter stated that she is not suppose to give us more, but that she would anyway. The waitress mentioned that the protocol was that we were not suppose to have more fries, but did anyways. The endless fries they say are endless actually seem to have a limit.
