Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We went here to celebrate my friends new job. Everything was great from the hosts that greeted us when we walked in the door to the bus boy that was quick to help when wine was spilled on the table. Kenzi our server was fun and responsive, she gave us great food and drink recommendations and was always checking on us to make sure that we were satisfied. She made the dining very memorable and entertaining. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Staff seemed flustered over how "busy" it was during our visit. From our experience, it was not very busy for how busy Olive Gardens at other locations can become. My meal was great, and they had a great selection on the children's menu. My husband's first bowl of soup was really thin and lacked substance. The second bowl was better. If I was the staff, I would not have served the first bowl to a customer.

I ate here and the food was good, but they forgot 2 things. One was a soup I ordered and the other was my bread sticks. The manager did let me come back and get it on the house, but theybshould be double checking bags. I will eat here again and see if it is better this time around. Other than that, the rest was pretty good.

Tonight I picked up a pretty large amount of food (TO-GO) for my boss's study club that he hosts bi-weekly. Morgan, (and the other gal who I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) had everything organized and ready to go for me! She double checked the receipts with the items in the bags to make sure nothing was missing. The only thing I had to wait on was about 5 minutes for some piping hot, fresh out of the oven, breadsticks (which, I mean, who is complaining about that?) ... Thank you so much Morgan for making this a seamless and easy experience! You guys have a great team and we will be ordering again soon!

We have had inconsistent service here. Sometimes it is excellent, others it is terrible. One time our waitress was helping to prepare a large catering order and made it seem that we were inconveniencing her when we asked for something. The food is the same story. Sometimes it is the quality meal we expect from Olive Garden. Other times, we can tell that our food has been sitting under the warmer for a while. I find it highly disappointing that they are so stingy with the olives in the salad, considering that they are called Olive Garden. If you go, try to pick a time when they are not busy.
