Great service and attention to detail for my elderly parents that live in town. My dad loves the Chicken Fried Steak senior meal. Generally speaking, Denny's is the best diner chain. Sitting towards the entrance is very noisy due to the open kitchen and booth. Above average comfort food. 4 Stars due to increasing prices over the past year or so. Comparing restaurant quality for the $$$ spent, there are better choices with non diner restaurants. Overall, I'm happy when my parents want to go to Denny's in Post Falls. Keep up the great service!!!

I ordered a burger and requested no onions. Right after Alisha, put the order in the cook yelled, "This isn't Burger King, you can't have it your way!" I'm pissed! Needless to say the burger came with onions on the burger. Raw onion ruins a burger for me, always has. The service was lousy, too. Nobody came by while I was eating and asked if everything was okay or not. Not even the female manager who brought my food, even after she saw me take the onions off and drop them on the table! Both gals were within 3 feet of my table several times. I will be calling the manager in the morning!

Everyone was so nice and friendly here! The design of the whole place is astonishing. Not to mention the food! This place is one of the best places for breakfast!

I really enjoy this Denny's. In my opinion it's the best of it's chain in the area. Service is good, food is good, experience is great. Classic dine in feel.

Having to rate a place that I like to eat lower than a 3 star is bad! Unfortunately this Denny’s needs some help in both Customer Service and with Management. The waitress we had was great, and she tried to help us with all of our requests but she was brought down by her team. We had asked for no butter on her English Muffin as she has dairy allergies, so the waitress said she would get us a new one, and when she asked the cook, he had a hissy fit. Needless to say we never got a new muffin. I noticed after that fiasco, the whole cooking line went missing. The manager never came by to apologize and instead started blaming his waiting staff for the issue. All in all, it was a pretty uncomfortable situation and we paid our ticket and left. I can’t say that I will ever return to this particular Denny’s unless management changes and customer service gets better.
