We had a wonderful dinner, the staff was very friendly and quick. The food was perfect. I had the avocobbo salad which was amazing. My husband had the burger with a fried egg and a side of onion rings. We shared zucchini fries as well.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
Sammy was very helpful and friendly. The burgers were great, along with salads and steak fries. We did try the fried pickles, which were a little oily however the manager quickly remedied the problem.Food: 5/5
Delicious! We enjoyed the food and fast service. The endless fries were hot and crisp but we ate too many. We'd definitely go back.
We only had a 15 minute wait to be seated. The pretzel bites with beer cheese apps were the best! The burgers were awesome, perfectly cooked, juicy and tasty. The drinks were perfect. The fries were perfect. The donut tower desert was yummy. Best of all the service was fantastic. My wife forgot her jacket and the server ran it out to our car! Truly a great dining experience!!
Everything about today's visit was enjoyable! At the center of it all was amazing service provided by Julie. From start to finish she was personable, professional, attentive and fun. Our food came out super fast! It was fresh and delicious. I witnessed great team work amongst the employees which contributed for sure! My best dining experience to date at Red Robin!
11 Nov 2022 Okay I know it's Veteran's Day so I knew it would be busy, but seriously the wait was unbelievably long! When I was finally texted my table is ready as I was gathering up my stuff a young couple with a baby came in of course they know the hostess. Soooo, the hostess takes them right in to be seated! Really! So the hostess returns asking me what I needed. I told her that I was texted that my table was ready. The hostess says well I guess I'll have to seat you in the bar. Honestly that was a big mistake because they forgot about me there. #1. It took over 10 minutes for the server to ask me what I wanted to drink, then forgot to bring me my drink! Finally she brought my drink theft without asking me for my order #2. I told server I was ready to order but she took off without taking my order. That was not what I expected... #3. So.. the server comes back 15 minutes later to take my order, no salt on the fries but after waiting another 10 minutes I see this girl behind the bar and the people beside me have received both their drinks and food while I'm still waiting #4. The server comes back around so I ask her where's my burger? She says "Oh, your burger" then she goes behind the bar and starts tapping her computer screen. I'm beginning to think she needs to get retrained because it looks like she forgot to place my order with the grill in back. I went off to the bathroom asking the people at the next table to please let the server that I would be back. I come back to find my burger still hadn't come. #5. When I finally get my burger I asked the server if I could have condiments which took another 10 minutes to come, by this time my burger is cold. OMG, Just great! #6. Now I ask the server if she could bring me more fries and a box that I wouldn't bother her again, but seriously isn't this her job? #7. Is it supposed to take almost TWO HOURS for a meal? OLDER REVIEW The was good, although the food was only luke warm. I did enjoy the atmosphere and it was a nice place to relax over our dinner.
Went for my daughters birthday dinner. Waitress was rude, drinks were never refilled. Table was full of dirty plates and appetizers, could barely fit dinner on table. Waitress couldn’t be bothered with refills on fries. We had to pass out our own food/drinks while she stood at one end of table. Took 30min to finally get the check after we were done eating and only because we had to search out someone to help us. Will not be back.

All 5 people in my group received cold food after waiting for 40 minutes it was very upsetting, they offered us more fires because they are bottom less but those took another 25 minutes to get to us. The table next to us ended up getting a whole plate of free cooked for dessert while we just got to pay for the whole bill which only got us cold food
The food is great here! They have very good burgers and their gourmet burgers are very creative! We tried the Bonzai burger and it had teriyaki sauce and grilled pineapple...yum! I love the bottomless fries...although I prefer the bottomless broccoli!! The atmosphere is a little loud but great for families. Kid-friendliness: We saw a.lot.of.famikies.and they seem to be very good with kids. Wheelchair accessibility: We found out the side door that goes into the bar can be used for walking handicapped parking customers. Otherwise, they have to walk around the building to get to the front door.
