Ordered a burger fries and a drink for pick up at 12:45pm, left work at 12:40 for lunch, showed up at 12:50pm. Waited 5 minutes with no mobile orders showing up before I asked about my order, turns out they hadn't started my order yet and placed me last in line, did the same to the guy behind me. I should have just canceled the order and gone somewhere else because it took another half hour to get my food. Why have mobile orders if you aren't going to prioritize them by the time they are due. Terrible customer service.
Too much food but one burger is two meals. Lots of hot fries. Recommend a good burger joint if you haven’t been here yet

Prices have definitely gone up but the food is still great. The only thing I wished was they don't use the same bathroom mop water when they mop the dining area. It smelled like urine the last time I went.Food: 5/5
The food! I love the friendliness of the staff, the music rocks, but the food brings me back time and again.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of this place because it's a very large chain restaurant - that being said, it was a great experience. Burgers were very juicy and tasty. Toppings were fresh. Simple menu and quick service. They definitely give you way more fries than you will ever need but that's okay - more for later! I also like that they have two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines.

Love 5 guys . I usually get the single , small is plenty once you load it with lettuce, tomatoes mushrooms etc. The fries are the best don't forget to grab a scoop if free peanuts when you enter
